Charterhouse is a firm of chartered surveyors and planning consultants that specialise in providing whole life cycle property and planning services to the telecommunications and broadcast sectors. We specialise in site acquisition, asset management and optimisation, and in the provision of professional property and site design services. We specialise in obtaining planning permissions for network infrastructure and with retaining this infrastructure in compliance with Local Government Planning and Development Legislation.

John Corridan is a general practice chartered surveyor by profession. John has 10 years' experience in UK and Ireland in providing planning and property services to telecommunications clients including Telefonica O2, Three, Orange PCS, BT Ireland, Threefold, ESB Telecoms and Shared Access. He has contributed to a host of network rollout projects, the most recent being the National Broadband Scheme on behalf of BT Ireland/ Three Ireland. His specialism is developed in the areas of planning consultancy and professional property services, e.g. rent reduction implementation. John heads up the property division in Charterhouse. Ina Baumann brings a strong academic background to Charterhouse. Ina has project managed the delivery of several large scale telecommunications planning projects for client companies in the past three years such as Telefonica O2, ESB Telecoms and Shared Access.
